Digital Downloadable Products (PDF, eBook, etc.)

• No refunds are provided for digital products.
• Once payment is completed, the product is automatically delivered.
• Since digital products cannot be returned, refund requests will not be accepted.

Training Programs & Professional Services

Refunds are applicable based on the following conditions:

• Cancellation 3 days before training/service date:
  ✅ 50% refund
• Cancellation on the training/service 1 day before:
  ✅ 25% refund
• Cancellation on the training/service day or non-attendance:
  ❌ 0% refund

Reason for Refund Policy

We invest time and resources in advance, including:

• Booking private training venues
• Paying advance amounts for accommodation, rooms, and food
• Allocating professional time and preparation for your service

Therefore, no refund is possible once these expenses are incurred.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
